Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Yes! Place your order through our eBay page. eBay does an excellent job of shipping and managing the customs details. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery time. Look at our listings here.
Can I print in different colors?
Yes! All of your text on the front side of the fortune will be printed in the color you choose. If text or a logo is chosen for the reverse side, that will always be printed in black ink.
Can I put my company logo on the message?
Yes! Simply upload your logo as you complete the Ordering Process.
Do you make other flavored cookies?
We only offer vanilla cookies. Other manufacturers offer various flavored cookies but we have found that the original vanilla flavoring is still the best.
How long will it take to get my cookies?
We can process orders in 1-3 days and UPS Ground shipment takes 2-5 business days.
How long can the messages be?
The general rule is: ‘The longer the message, the smaller the typeset’. We recommend the message be 3 lines long with approximately 10 words per line although more can fit. Please contact us with specific questions.

We will individually wrap your cookies in a clear wrapper but our restaurant style wrapper with OUR company logo is also available if you need that non-custom look.

Sorry, we do not chocolate dip cookies. You can easily do it at home with this recipe.

The cookies have a shelf life of 2 months. We can ship your cookies a few weeks before you need them to ensure freshness.
